Our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking a relaxing coastal getaway. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting open kitchen and living area, providing ample space for everyone to gather and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. One of the highlights of our home is the large air-conditioned room at the back specially designed for families that have kids, complete with a comfortable queen bed, sofa bed, a smart TV, and an array of toys to keep them entertained for hours. Meanwhile, parents can relax in the air-conditioned living area or enjoy the outdoor amenities. It is also perfect for guests that want to sleep extra people. Step outside to discover our private backyard paradise, featuring a sparkling pool where you can cool off on warm days. Enjoy alfresco dining under the stars in our outdoor dining area, complete with a BBQ for grilling up your favorite meals. It also has a set of bunks to accommodate children or extra guests. This bedroom/workspace has the larger 4th bedroom off the back of it. Perfect for keeping one larger family all together at the backend of the house while guests you are travelling with have 2 other bedrooms down the hall. For those traveling with a caravan or boat, our driveway offers ample space for parking, with additional street parking available out front. We also have our triple bunk caravan for rent on Camplify if you fund you require extra guests you can consider renting that also and having it in the driveway so you are all staying together. Our prime location puts you just 2 kilometers from the sandy shores of Scarness Beach, as well as popular local hotspots like Enzo's and the Beachclub. Stockland Shopping Centre is also just a short 3-kilometer drive away, providing convenient access to shops and amenities.
