Casa Miramares is a spacious 4BR, 4.5-bath beachfront home at the quiet northern end of Playas del Coco. Designed for breezy coastal living, the open layout features airy spaces, ocean views, and the soothing sound of waves throughout. Surrounded by lush greenery, the home opens to a large beachfront yard—perfect for kids, lounging, and sunset gatherings just steps from the sand. The space The home features a wide veranda and open-style kitchen with ocean views, equipped with a stovetop, dishwasher, pantry, and plenty of counter space—perfect for cooking. Enjoy meals indoors or outside at the large wooden table on the terrace while taking in the beach view. All four air-conditioned bedrooms have private bathrooms; two have queen beds and two have bunk beds, ideal for families or groups. Guest access Guests have full access to the property, including ample parking and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. Other things to note • Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms only. The open kitchen and living areas are cooled by ceiling fans and designed to capture natural ocean breezes. • The home has a gated entrance from the street and opens directly onto the beach. Please note that all beaches in Costa Rica are public. • Bedroom layout: The queen bedrooms are accessed from the covered veranda and lock individually. The bunk bedrooms are located within the main house and accessed through the kitchen.
