Beautiful 400 m² Toulouse house located in Toulouse and close to the green lung of the city, Lac de la Ramée. Whether you're with friends or family, it can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people (14 adults and 2 children). You can relax and enjoy the leisure activities it offers both indoors and outdoors! The space The house offers a very large living room with its exposed stones where you can relax. A large fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room. On the ground floor, there are also 2 bedrooms of about 20 m² each equipped with a double bed. 2 other bedrooms of 35 m² are duplexes offering a double bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs. The ground floor is also composed of a laundry room, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms each equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Upstairs, young and old can relax in our games room where we leave many board games available, as well as a foosball table, a dartboard (not sharp) and a TV with Wii. Finally, there is a dormitory of more than 40 m² offering 4 beds, including 2 for children. All beds can be equipped with their linen for a flat rate of 12 euros per person. If the house is beautiful and spacious, the garden is just as beautiful. On its 1600 m² of wooded garden, you can bask in the huge secure swimming pool (fully fenced) and a large shaded terrace allowing you to eat all together. You can enjoy your outdoor space for a game of petanque, molki, badminton or archery. At the back of the house, possibility to park up to 6 cars in single file. In the immediate vicinity of the property, you have buses that pass very regularly (approximately every 10 minutes during the summer) and that take you in less than 5 minutes to the Basso Cambo metro to travel throughout the city. In addition, by car, it takes 15 minutes to reach the historic center of the pink city. From a practical point of view, you have supermarkets within a 5-minute drive and a grocery store at the end of the street. If you want to enjoy the city but also the large green spaces, you are in the right place. We are close to the Parc de la Ramée and its 243 hectares dedicated to relaxation, leisure and sports. You can walk there to enjoy its lakes with its fishing areas, its supervised beach, its golf course (which offers free introductions), its tree climbing, its various sports facilities (football stadium, bicross track, tennis court, ping-pong tables, skatepark...), its multiple playgrounds and its carousel for the youngest, as well as its beautiful bike paths through the woods...
