Welcome to my home :) Duplex apartment, bright, green on the second floor without elevator access. Quiet, not overlooked, with local shops 2 min walk in the parallel street: bakery, greengrocer, restaurants, pharmacy... as well as a bucolic walk along the Thiou canal that leads to the city center of Annecy. Lake: 10 min by bike / 25 min on foot Downtown: 5 min by bike / 15 min on foot The space Newly renovated apartment in which I live year-round and that I occasionally rent out when I travel. This one is on the second floor without elevator access. Bright and functional apartment. It consists of: - A small entrance with a closet to store your jackets, shoes and bags. - A fully equipped kitchen (large fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils etc.) with a high table for your meals with ease. - A living room with a glass wall that separates it from the entrance, a sofa, an armchair and plants to make the space green and pleasant. - A bedroom giving access to a balcony which itself overlooks the park of the condominium. The bedroom consists of new bedding and a large dressing room to store your clothes and suitcases. - A shower room with sink and storage cupboard in which you will find hair dryers, straightener, first aid kit and some toiletries that can help out.
