Welcome to our vacation home located in Arcachon, just a few steps from the beach. This accommodation is perfect for family or friends’ stays to fully enjoy the beauty of the Arcachon Bay. You can easily find free parking on the street, right in front of the house or nearby. Our house enjoys an ideal location, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and residential while remaining close to local amenities. The space Our vacation home is a semi-detached house ideally located in the “Ville de Printemps” neighborhood, near Joigny Beach (the beginning of Pereire Beach), just 300 meters away at the end of the street! The property features five rooms spread over two levels (with stairs) and includes a garden with an adjoining terrace. Perfect for 6 guests. The house is nestled in a peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood, ensuring tranquility and serenity while being close to essential amenities such as bakeries, small shops, local markets, and restaurants. Free parking is available on the adjacent street, which is one-way and lightly trafficked. Only a few minutes’ walk from Pereire Beach, you can enjoy swimming, strolls on the sand, and stunning sunsets without needing to use your car. This makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the region! We also provide a high-speed fiber internet connection, perfect for remote work. Detailed Description 🟢 Upstairs: • 3 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom with WC • Children’s Room: 2 single beds, wardrobe with hanging space, storage drawers under the beds, board games, and books available. • Master Bedroom: Double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) + wardrobe with hanging space. • Garden-Facing Bedroom: Double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) + wardrobe with hanging space. • Bathroom with Ventilation: Large shower, sink with basin, storage unit, heated towel rack, hairdryer, and WC. 🟢 Ground Floor: • Extra Room with Garden Access: Equipped with a convertible sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a smart TV. • Living Room: Functional space with a large table (extendable with additional leaves), 10 folding chairs, a small sofa, fireplace, open-plan kitchen, and sliding glass doors leading to a spacious terrace. • Separate WC • Garage Access: Used as a utility room, it includes a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, barbecue, beach umbrella, and additional storage. Kitchen Equipment: Multifunction oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, 2 induction hobs, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, senseo coffee maker, kettle, dishes, and cooking utensils. Iron and ironing board available. 🟢 Garden: Enclosed and landscaped garden with a gate leading to the street. The large terrace includes a garden table with 6 chairs, deck chairs, and a barbecue. An electric awning and an additional outdoor parasol provide shade when needed. 🟠 For the little ones: changing mat + high chair + travel crib with mattress + baby bathtub, along with some toys & children’s books are available.
