If you need the second room you need to let host know because it only gets reserved when the booking is for more than 2 people. If you reserved for 2 ppl you will get one room. If you need one room for one person and another room for one person you need to add a 3rd guest to be able to book 2 rooms,let the host know its a must to be able to reserve 2 rooms. The space Two story 4br/3ba with Loft. AirBNB Room is located on the first floor with bathroom for your private use only second room is upstairs with small walking closet both rooms have queen beds . If needed, Loft area is available and can also be used as additional space to sleep. Laundry Room & Kitchen is open for use. Currently living in the property; Owner (Late 30’s Male) Guest access Guest are welcome to use the community amenities: swimming pools, parks/trails During your stay May reach owner via phone number or owner may be available on the property Other things to note Parking is in the Main Street sometimes is allowed to park in the right side of driveway (ask host if is available)this is HOA community so there is not swamping machine coming. Home is located in a alley street. U can park on the driveway to download or upload luggage.
