Delightful Sunlit Studio Loft

Enjoy a stylish and comfortable experience in this delightful studio! Sitting back from the street in an enclave of custom built (by the owner/builder) white wood-clad homes, the carriage house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the charming beach towns of Carlsbad and Encinitas. This sunny studio space includes a fully equipped kitchen with comfy queen bed and dining area where you may begin your day on the sunny little deck enjoying the California sunshine. Guest access You are welcome to use the shared laundry room. Access is through the little orange Grove towards the white shed. It is on a first come first serve basis. Other things to note If you would like to borrow beach chairs or an umbrella, please let us know, and we will bring them over.
