Welcome to our bungalow in Gulfport, FL! We have availability this winter Dec-March. During the winter season reservations must begin on the first day of a month and end on the last day of a month. Ideally looking for a 2+ month stay! The home features two bedrooms with queen beds, and one bathroom with tub. Centrally located 1 mile to DT Gulfport, 15 minutes to St. Pete Beach, and 10 minutes from DT St. Pete. Access all that the Tampa Bay area has to offer with ease! The space Brand new fenced in backyard with shell patio and furniture put in 2025. Central AC just installed. New washer and dryer installed as well. Carport area has room for workout equipment, small vehicles, lounging etc. Dog friendly!
