Peninsula Vallarta Beachfront - Tower 2 - D Unit

Welcome to Peninsula Vallarta (PV), the most luxurious resort in Puerto Vallarta! Our condo is a large corner unit on the 24th floor below the Penthouse! The condo can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably: 2 King bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two Twin beds, and 1 room that has a futon that sleeps 1-2. The unit has a private bathroom/shower for every bedroom and a half bathroom off of the laundry room. Our spot is conveniently located close to everything in PV! The space The Peninsula is a beautiful beachfront resort that is located on the best beach in Puerto Vallarta. An enormous infinity pool overlooks the ocean and mountains and is complete with a full-length wading pool perfect for small children. Palapas and chaise lounges line the beautiful beach as well. The resort amenities include 2 fitness center rooms (a cardio room and a weight room), spa room for massages and sauna, private 14 person movie theater that you can rent, bar/lounge, a business/computer center with free internet access, two parking spaces in covered garage and 24 hour security. Plus, there's an outdoor plaza on the grounds with restaurants, bars, Starbucks, nail salon and multiple banks for easy ATM withdrawals. Go a little farther outside of our complex and there's a high-end new shopping mall with all named brand stores! We are located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's hotel zone so the condo is 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to downtown Puerto Vallarta and 10 minutes to the Marina! Ubers or taxi's make it so convenient to get anywhere in this amazing city! Guest access Guests can access everything in the condo and all the building amenities. High speed WiFi is in the condo and accessible in the lobby/pool. TVs are in every bedroom and in the living room, washer/dryer and a telephone for local calls. Pool towels are provided along with some pool toys! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: During summer months (June to August), the Airbnb pricing only includes $50 USD worth of electricity for your rental. If you run it sparingly during your stay, it should not amount to any additional cost or minimal cost. We have to include this clause as it serves as protection so renters do not run their air conditioning when not in the condo. The additional cost will be charged separately after we calculate your usage spend. I will request it through the Airbnb platform as it's seamless.
