This beautiful penthouse in the youngest area of the city has everything you need to have a perfect experience in the capital of Palencia. It is fully equipped and is just a ten-minute walk from downtown Palencia through a nice walk. The space The living room has an incredibly comfortable sofa with a chaise longue, an office area with a desk, and a 65" TV with Smart View to connect your mobile device if you wish. The living room has a desk/table that you can use as a work area or, if you prefer, move it and use it as a dining table. There is enough space to do it comfortably, and you have two good folding chairs, a tablecloth, and silverware available. The room has a 2 x 2.20 m (7 x 7.25 ft) bed with an exceptionally comfortable mattress, a variety of pillows to suit all tastes, and a large double closet to store your belongings. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you may need, from spices, oil, vinegar, and salt to small appliances such as a juicer, coffee maker, and toaster. In the bathroom, which has a shower tray and a bidet, you will find towels, body wash, toothpaste, shampoo, moisturizing creams, a hair mask, and a hairdryer. The approximately 22-square-meter terrace is furnished from early spring to late fall. In addition to the lounge chairs and table shown in the photos, there is a large sun lounger for sunbathing if you feel like it. The entire apartment has various lighting options to set the mood in the space and create different atmospheres. You will also find a Bluetooth speaker for music and, of course, Wi-Fi and heating with a thermostat. Other things to note Below the house is the Basi bar, which serves tapas and fantastic daily specials. A one-minute walk away is the San Remo restaurant, one of the most popular in Palencia, with affordable dishes for every budget. To the right of the building is the new Balastera Stadium, which creates a lively atmosphere on game days. Right in front of the house, there are several shopping centers where you can find a Mercadona and an Aldi, as well as several fast food restaurants such as McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, and Domino's Pizza. Below the house, you will always (and I mean always) find free parking.
