Other things to note Pets are allowed depending on size. Please be upfront about bringing a pet or else you will be canceled. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :1-4 Nights : $20 per pet, per day: 5-29 Nights :$100 per pet 30+ Nights : $200 per pet This fee must be paid before you will be given access to the unit. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterward, this fee doubles. Early Check is $25 an hour and late check out is $25 hour (YOU MUST REQUEST THIS AND PAY UPFRONT.) If you checkout past 10AM without letting us know we will charge $50 an hour. It is not possible to fully accommodate every early check in and late check out.
