Family home in the countryside

In the heart of the Drôme countryside, at the foot of Vercors, halfway between Valencia and Crest, our house offers you a green space conducive to relaxation with your family. You can enjoy a terrace overlooking a large and very pleasant wooded park with a play area for children (cabin, swing), a swimming pool and a vegetable garden whose crops will be available to you during your stay as well as the eggs of our 6 chickens (against good care, see regulations). The space The main entrance to the house is on the ground floor but the dwelling is on the first floor accessible after passing through the entrance hall and then the laundry room. It is composed of a living room/living room, a mezzanine with a TV area giving access to a first bedroom (double bed 160*200 + wx and toilet area), a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a child's room with a single bed, a second bedroom with a double bed 160*200. It is possible to access one more room in which we can install futon mattresses on the floor for one or two additional children. Guest access This house is our main dwelling. We will be away for the duration of your stay, so you have the place as a whole. Other things to note The booking rate of our place has been underestimated in exchange for maintenance tasks that will need to be carried out by our tenants. These include: - Watering the vegetable garden (frequency to be adapted according to the weather) and harvesting of ripe vegetables that you can consume. - The daily collection of eggs from the chickens that you can also enjoy. You'll also need to make sure to put food back in the feeders when they're empty (about once or twice a week) - The maintenance of the pool (cleaning by the robot, regular passage of the dip net to remove any leaves, manual cleaning of the skimmer filter, addition of chlorine pellets if necessary) You'll also be able to see a no cleaning fee on our listing. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the latter will be carried out by you upon your departure (cleaning supplies provided) A discount is possible for stays longer than 7 nights.
