All suites are brand new and are fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, comfortable furnishings, and a full kitchen. The space This is a 2-bedroom Suite in a newly opened hotel, with King size bed in each bedroom and a sofa in the living room. The suite room provides a full kitchen for quick meals or to manage special diets. The hotel is located just south of Seattle (15 min to downtown Seattle), The Westfield Shopping Center (which is the largest shopping center in Washington State and Pacific Northwest) is just 3-min drive away with great restaurants nearby. The suite is equipped with the following amenities: Full Kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffeemaker. Entertainment: Relax with smart cable TV. Workspace: A desk with a lamp for productivity. Outdoor Space: Step out onto your balcony or patio. We are a Family-Friendly hotel. Children aged 11 and younger stay free in their parent’s room using existing bedding. Family Fun Center and Round 1 is just 2-min drive away. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access Completely private access to the Suite, free parking. Self-check in via keypad entry. Code will be shared with guests 12 hours before arrival. Other things to note The Interurban Suites Hotel room rate is an introductory rate, where some of the amenities may not be available yet including the in-room phone service. The hotel is a 100% non-smoking facility. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside the room. Please smoke outside 25 feet away from the room in designated smoking areas and you must be 25 feet away from the building and not in the courtyard. You MAY NOT smoke on your balcony or outside of your room door. Pets are welcome in designated pet friendly rooms. We charge $15 per night charge for each pet (limit to two). Weight restriction: 25 lbs. or less. Pet owners must register pets at check-in. All pets must be leashed while in public areas and created while in the room. No pets are to be left unattended in rooms or vehicles parking on promises. Excessive barking may result in a pet's removal from premises. Upon check-in an authorization hold will be placed on your credit or debit card in an amount equal to the cost of the room, tax, and $50 incidental hold for the length of stay up to seven nights. If your stay exceeds seven nights, an additional authorization may be requested for the entire amount of your stay. Check in is at 3:00PM. Early check in maybe requested and is based on the availability of the suite. Check out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $25.00 late checkout fee. The hotel assumes no responsibility for the loss of money, jewels, or other valuables, unless placed in our safe deposit boxes located at the Front Desk. We are not responsible for contents left in the room or vehicle.
