Welcome to our independent studio, a short walk from the Fontainebleau Palace, climbing sites, and Samois-sur-Seine, the village of Django Reinhardt. 45 minutes from Paris via Fontainebleau-Avon train station. Private entrance, terrace and garden. Bright studio consisting of a single room with no separate bedroom, ideal for a single person or couple. The space The accommodation is an independent studio adjoining our house, with a private entrance. It consists of a bright main room with sleeping area, dining area and kitchenette, as well as a private shower room. The large glass aperture leads to a terrace just for you and a garden (we have our terrace on the other side of the house, so you will be in a quiet area on your side). The studio is quiet, comfortable and ideal for discovering Fontainebleau and its surroundings. Note: This is a fully equipped studio consisting of a single room, with no separate bedroom. Sleeping is on a comfy sofa bed. The studio is equipped with a reversible air conditioner to provide you with coolness in summer and warmth in winter! The door that leads onto the terrace has light, non-transparent glazing that lets in a little daylight (the outdoor street lamps are off at night). Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio as well as the adjoining terrace. The entrance is independent to guarantee your autonomy and peace of mind during the stay.
