Welcome to our spacious and inviting 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The space Guests will have access to the first floor and basement. Our backyard is a work in progress. Due to heat the yard is taking longer than expected. Guest access Guests are more than welcome to use any bedrooms on the 1st floor or basement. The top level rooms will be closed. Other things to note Please note this is a smoke free home. If it’s attached to the structure there’s no smoking allowed. If the door leads to an entry of the home, you are not allowed to smoke there. You are more than welcome to smoke outside of the home, at least 20 feet. Our garage & laundry room are not accessible. We don’t allow events or parties.
