Escape with your family at this peaceful rustic lakeside getaway located on a peninsula overlooking Deep Cove and Ambajejus Lake. We are 11 miles from Baxter State Park and 40 minutes to Katahdin Woods and Waters. The space This is a cozy cabin nestled in the woods with sunrise views on one side and sunset from the beach on the other. The interior is all knotty pine with a well appointed kitchen. There is a small bathroom with shower and incinerator toilet. When you check in, we would like to show you how to use the toilet. The cabin is very private, the beach is adjacent to a neighbors beach. The camp is located 25 minutes from Millinocket. The cove has a boat ramp and we have docks on both the cove and beach side. You will have use of 4 kayaks, 1 canoe, paddle board, and a small boat with electric trolling motor. The camp is not handicap accessible. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house Other things to note We do not have laundry facilities and are requesting that guests bring sheets and towels with them. We have two twin bunks and a queen pull out sofa. Water is pumped from the lake for showers and sink. We have a water cooler with jugs that may be filled at the natural spring on the Golden Road
