The Boulevard Apartment

The apartment has been fully renovated in 2024 and is on the ground floor of the house with private entrance. There is a private section of the garden exclusively for you with charcoal BBQ and seating areas. The property is located 6 metres from the River Orne giving you unique views from the lounge and bedroom. Towels, Bed Linen and Tea towels are included The property is not accessible for people with reduced mobility The bathroom has a walk in shower (no bath tub) The space Upon arrival, you access the property from a private entrance. The kitchen, shower room, bedroom and lounge/diner are all located on the ground floor. There is a private section of garden for your sole use please note if you are arriving in more than one car, additional cars will need to park on the pavement/layby opposite the house. parking is free in the village Guest access Parking is available in the garden at the front of the house. There is a keybox to allow you to arrive independently or it's possible that I can meet you upon arrival. Other things to note within walking distance of the apartment there are bars, shops and restaurants. unfortunately - For my insurance purposes it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles (excluding electric bike chargers) from the property, using domestic plugs. There are 2 car charging points in the village, opposite the church, located 300 metres away. There are many events held in the village between May and August, Music Concerts are hosted 3+ nights per week at various locations in the village throughout July and August and are scheduled to end at midnight.
