In a prime location with spectacular views of Dalmeny beach, this four bedroom, two bathroom beach house is the perfect holiday escape base just 150m from the beach. The house accommodates two families or several couples, with three queen bedrooms and fourth bedroom with double bunk with single over and two living areas. The open plan downstairs living provides a large kitchen with dining for eight, and the covered deck offers outdoor eating in all weather. The space The beach house spans two levels - the ground level features open plan living and dining areas, with bi-fold doors opening on to a covered rear deck, queen and bunk bedrooms and bathroom. Wake up to spectacular beach views from the upstairs master bedroom with queen bed and an ensuite. An adjoining living area offers an upstairs retreat with views up Dalmeny Beach to Potato Point. A second upstairs queen bedroom provides an outlook across the garden and peninsula to the beach. The beach itself is a short walk away - less than 150m via a grassed laneway. Dalmeny Beach is patrolled during summer holidays, and also offers a shallow inlet for beach play. The foreshore includes a grassed play area and equipment for younger visitors. Spot whales from the comfort of the deck and living areas (May - June and September - November) or walk the Dalmeny-Narooma pathway - a scenic walking and bike path along the coast line from Dalmeny, through Kianga, and as far as Narooma for the more adventurous. The kitchen is well equipped for family cooking and dining, with room to dine inside or out, and includes Nespresso machine. Guests will need to bring their own sheets, pillow cases and towels - linen is not provided. The local supermarket is a stone’s throw away, as is the Blue Octopus takeaway for fresh fish and chips and The Local for coffee.
