The Zirben Chalet is located south of Landshut in the municipality of Kumhausen (8 minutes to the old town of Landshut, city bus connection available) surrounded by forest, field and meadows. Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used. The space The chalet is built with ecological building materials and completely clad inside (except floor with underfloor heating) with original Austrian highland pine. There is a nice bathroom with large shower and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, it offers 1 double bed on a gallery, which can be reached via a wide ladder and one of the best sofa beds on the market. A total of 4 people can stay very well. In individual cases, 5 people can also stay overnight with an additional mattress. Private Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit that can be easily switched off is available. The chalet is a non-smoking accommodation. Guest access The chalet has its own separate access and parking right in front of it. Other things to note In Landshut and the surrounding area there are a variety of sights and activities. In the historic old town of Landshut, visitors can visit the imposing Trausnitz Castle, which offers stunning views over the city. Also worth seeing is the Gothic St. St. Martin Church with its high tower, which is considered the tallest brick building in the world. For art lovers, the Sculpture Museum in Hofberg offers an impressive collection of contemporary sculptures. Nature lovers can walk along the Isar River or explore the nearby Hofgarten. In the vicinity of Landshut there are also numerous opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling and boat trips on the Isar. In addition, the Bayernpark (one of the most popular amusement parks in Bavaria) or the Erding thermal baths (the largest thermal baths in the world) can be reached in about 40 or 30 minutes, respectively.
