Several lifts are only a short 5-10 min walk nearby (Breck Connect Gondola, Snowflake, Quicksilver Super Chair). *Ski-in when lower 4 O'Clock Run is open* Building features five indoor and outdoor hot tubs, outdoor heated pool, outdoor grill and fire pit, sauna, steam room, fitness center, lobby bar and restaurant, underground heated parking, elevator, and complimentary ski and bike valet. **NOTE: Pool and Hot Tub area will be closed for renovations May - October 2026** Guest access You will have access to the entire condo and one unassigned parking spot in the underground garage. Check-In: 4:00pm - early check-in is not available Check-Out: 10:00am - late check-out is not available Other things to note +Occupancy Limit: 4; Luggage drop off is not available. +Parking Limit: 1 unassigned parking spot in the underground garage (height limit 7' 5"). The parking pass is only available during your reservation. +Storage: Please note this unit does not have a bedroom dresser for unpacking luggage during a long stay. We do provide luggage racks for your convenience. +Air Conditioning: Air Conditioner will be available for use in the unit (bedroom) between July 1st and Labor Day. +Heat: Building heat is only turned on during the winter months, starting in October. Temperatures in the mountains can fluctuate during spring and fall so please plan accordingly for your stay. Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable and severe, especially during the winter.
