Cozy townhouse at the edge of the sea!

Love being in the sea or looking out over the sea? Here you can enjoy nice summer evenings on the porch, take a dip from the porch, launch your kayak, try your hand at fishing or just enjoy the beautiful view of the Helgeland coast. If you have children, there are lots of exciting things to explore in the shore. Nice and quiet neighbors, and no traffic noise. Many nice trips in the surrounding area, both by water and by land, both high and low. I'm happy to share tips! The space West-facing terraced house of 130 m2 which consists of 2 floors. The townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic and visibility. Walking distance to the nearest store, 3 km to the city center. 1st floor: Modern and well-equipped kitchen, living room with large dining table and sofa. There is also an extra toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and exit to a large porch with stairs down to the sea. On the porch there is garden furniture and a gas grill. In the garden there is a large trampoline and lawn. 2nd Floor: 3 bedrooms, attic living room with TV and Apple TV and a large sofa, bathroom with shower and bathtub. In addition, there is a balcony on the 2nd floor. Guest access All rooms except two storage rooms and the garage. Other things to note A total of 6 beds divided between these beds in the bedrooms: 1: 210x210 2: 160x200 3: 120x200 Also has an inflatable double bed of 160x200 that can be used if you are more than 6 guests.
