Guest access All facets of the most darling cottage in the Falls is for your own private use and comfort during your stay. Keyless access allows you to come and go freely. There are rare occasions when access to the backyard or outside of house will be accessed for maintenance or watering to combat the blistering Texas heat. We will contact you prior to having maintenance or landscaping workers on the property. Owner-Used Areas (Locked): Shed: The shed is locked and reserved for owner use. Cabinet Above the Dryer: A cabinet above the dryer is also locked for owner use. Parking: Vehicles are permitted to park either in the driveway or on the street in front of the cottage. Parking in the driveway is permitted only in front of the sign directing same. Parking on the grass or in the backyard is not permitted. We want to ensure your privacy and a seamless stay. Other things to note Guests new to Airbnb: Guests who have not previously rented through Airbnb, have no recommendations, and little or no profile will be asked to present a photo ID at check-in. This requirement is in place to ensure that the person who rented the facility is the same person who is staying at the Cottage. This policy is for the safety of all guests. Noise: While our cottage offers tranquility and charm, there is some low to moderate road noise from the nearby highway. We want to ensure our guests have a clear expectation of the surroundings. However, each bedroom features a sleep machine to mask any noise that might be worrisome. Pet-Free Zone: To maintain a comfortable and pristine environment for all our guests, we regret to inform you that we do not allow pets in our Wichita Falls cottage. While we understand the bond between you and your furry friends, this policy helps us provide a clean space for those with allergy sensitivities. Cameras: For safety reasons we have exterior cameras that give wide angle views of the cottage on all sides. We can provide the authorities with still shots of your vehicle should someone cause damage. These cameras are not capable of seeing inside the house, so your privacy is protected.
