The space Your private suite features one bedroom (queen bed), one bathroom, a massive main living area (with queen-sized pull out couch) and kitchen including washer and dryer. In the kitchen area you will have a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, Nespresso coffee/espresso machine and milk frother, and electric kettle, as well as a full stock of dishes and basic condiments. In addition to the mentioned beds, there is also a playpen and inflatable toddler bed if you need. Other features of note include: - high speed WiFi - firestick TV, giving you access to all your streaming accounts AND also includes access to over 5000 live TV channels (and includes the MLB package, pay per view, et cetera) - treadmill and light free weights available for your use - selection of books and games - sound machines - high chair and playpen available for your little one - outdoor dining area and bbq - dedicated parking space with level 2 EV charger Guest access Your accommodations include the entire basement level of our home (approx 1000 sq. ft.), as well as a small outdoor dining area and bbq. Other things to note In addition to Nespresso coffee, you will find an assortment of breakfast items including: instant oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh fruit, granola bars, and waffles and/or bagels. We do stock basic condiments such as margarine, syrup, salt & pepper, coffee cream and sugar, as well as mustard/mayo/ketchup/relish/bbq sauce. However, you will need to provide your own milk if you would like cereal. We do have three busy young children and they do make noise. Our house is older so there is definitely some noise transfer, although of course we will do our absolute best to keep it to a minimum. We do provide earplugs and a sound machine to help maintain your sleep if you like to sleep in, but if you feel that noise from above might be too disturbing to you, unfortunately you may want to consider another booking. On the flip side, if you have kids and they are make some noise, rest assured we get it and will not be bothered! You should also be aware that although we maintain the Airbnb suite as pet free, we do have two cats upstairs and occasionally we do have friends or family that visit with their pets. Please be assured that pets will be kept in the backyard and/or upper levels of our home. That said, this unit may not be suitable for those with severe pet allergies.
