It is located in the village of Erbusco in Franciacorta, in a very quiet residential neighborhood because the street is not a thoroughfare, but only access to the many villas present. The entrance is independent. It is accessed by a gate and a small garden and past the security door you go up the stairs (always independent) to reach the first and last floor where the entire apartment is located (which is spread over a single floor) all surrounded by balconies and a terrace that allow, thanks to the favorable position, to admire the vineyards, hills and sunset of Franciacorta. At the top of the stairs, you will find another security door, beyond which you can access the large living room with a French window (which allows you to access the north-side balcony with a splendid view of the hills and vineyards) and a large window. In the living room you will find a round table where 4 or 6 people can sit comfortably depending on whether you keep it as you find it or use the possibility to extend it. Also in the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, a piece of furniture and a television. Also in the living area, you will find the large kitchen equipped with a table and 4 chairs, a large refrigerator with freezer, induction cooktop and microwave oven. From the kitchen window door you can access the large terrace where you can enjoy a splendid view during breakfasts, lunches, dinners or moments of pure relaxation. From the terrace the view is both east and west and from here you can admire the vineyards, in the distance Bergamo and splendid sunsets. From the living room, through a door, you enter the sleeping area and bathroom. There are three bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed, two nightstands, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. Directly from the bed and also by accessing the balcony on the west side, through the French window, of the double bedroom you can appreciate vineyards, hills, mountains and beautiful sunsets. Opposite the double bedroom is another bedroom of the same size with two 90 cm wide beds and a nightstand. From this room you have a view similar to that of the double bedroom. Here too you will find a French window that allows you to access another balcony that is located to the west, but also turns to the north and therefore the view is very wide over all the vineyards and hills of Franciacorta. The third bedroom is equipped with a bed with an 80 cm mattress and a large wardrobe that occupies the entire part where you will find hangers and drawers to meet the needs of all guests. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub (the latter is deactivated for safety reasons), a sink, a large mirror, a cabinet, a toilet and a bidet. From the bathroom window, given the panoramic position of the house, you can admire beautiful landscapes and sunsets. Casa Elena has recently been made energy efficient with the construction of a coat, double-glazed windows and solar panels. From June 2024, Casa Elena will be equipped with air conditioning. Guest access Guests can access and enjoy the small garden and the entire apartment on the first floor, including the balconies and the panoramic terrace. Going down the stairs there are two doors that you will find closed and inaccessible. We have dedicated this area of the house to storage. HIGHLIGHTS: The Municipality of Erbusco applies the tourist tax of €1.50 per night for each person from the age of 12. The accommodation tax is paid separately and is not included in the booking price. Other things to note Casa Elena's location is strategic for two reasons. The first is because it is located in a very elegant residential area of the village of Erbusco at the end of the town and at the beginning of the fields, vineyards and hills of Franciacorta. The second reason for the strategic location of Casa Elena is its proximity to many places of natural, cultural and tourist interest. Iseo and Sarnico, two villages overlooking Lake Iseo, are about 12 km (15 minutes by car) from Casa Elena. Before Iseo, you can access the Torbiere Nature Reserve, a set of bodies of water, small woods, reeds and meadows that create a unique habitat. From Iseo, Sarnico and neighboring villages you can take a boat to Montisola, the largest lake island in Europe.
