Jenny’s Historic Hubbard Home

Enjoy this century home near the small but vibrant downtown of Hubbard, Ohio. Located within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, homemade ice cream shop, drug stores, gift shops, churches, farmers market (seasonal), and more. This is home away from home for family members, but when not in use, you can make this your home away from home. Two bedrooms and bath (no tub) on second floor. Living room, study, formal dining room, kitchen & enclosed porch on first floor. Outdoor patio. The space Downstairs, enjoy a full kitchen equipped with basics for cooking. Meals can be enjoyed in the kitchen, the formal dining room, enclosed porch, or outdoor patio. A large desk for working is in the study. A spacious living rooms allows for relaxation, watching a movie (Roku TV included), or playing one of our various board games with family. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with modern walk-in shower. Please note that there is no bathroom downstairs on first floor. Enjoy the patio during warm weather. Help yourself to any herbs and fruits in the garden that might be in season. A large yard is adjacent to the garage. There is off-street parking in the driveway of one of the garage bays. The garage itself is not accessible. The property is on a main street and there is traffic that can be heard passing by throughout the day. At night, there is less traffic. There is a sidewalk all along the street which makes the center of town easily accessible on foot. A nearby church tolls bells during the day. They are not loud, but you can hear them. Guest access Two spaces are inaccessible for guests. One room upstairs is locked, and we do not permit guests to use the basement though it is not locked. The property includes a large side yard next to the three car garage. You are permitted to use this space also. Just be respectful of the neighbors.
