This newly renovated 45mq apartment is in the heart of Rome in Esquilino district, located between Termini and Monti, and faces the beautiful Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. The location is very convenient to visit Rome: You can walk to the Colosseum in less than 15 minutes but also take public transport as the apartment is located right next to the metro stop Vittorio Emanuele (1 minute walk) on the A line, which easily takes you to the Vatican. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars around The space The apartment has just been renovated, it comes with a large bedroom with king size 180x200 bed and plenty of natural light from the large window, a living room with a small kitchen with induction hob, microwave, fridge and cooking basics. Towels and linens are included, one AC unit in the bedroom and one in the living room for cold and hot air. The shower is 70x90cm, and the TV is a 40" smart TV. There is no washing machine in the unit but several laundries nearby.
