A small house located in Xaló/Jalón a couple of minutes walk from downtown, it has a supermarket 5-7 minutes walk away and has private parking. A large selection of bars and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest beaches are the extensive sandy beaches of Calpe, which are about 15-20 minutes away by car, and the town's central location allows you to have most beaches such as Jávea or Denia less than 30 minutes away. The space The house has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen open to the living-dining room and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace from which to enjoy the scenery. Outside the house, there is a porch or roof and a large gravel area that can be used as parking. Guest access The property is fenced and therefore within that fence the property is completely private and only for the use of the guest or group of guests.
