A quiet, relaxed, self-contained apartment adjacent to the bridge in Cessenon, a one-minute walk from its beach and the crystal clear waters of the River Orb. It's two minutes' walk from village centre with its bars, cafés and shops, and a half-hour drive from the long sandy beaches of the Mediterranean. Within a few metres of hiking routes, mountain bike trails and quiet but stunning roads for cycling and motorcycling, it's the perfect central location to explore the beautiful Languedoc region! The space Ideally suited to a couple or parents with one or two children, the studio apartment is accessed via the garage on the ground floor of our two-storey house. The semi-enclosed bedroom area is spacious and there is a large private bathroom. An expansive, well-lit living and dining area is adjoined by a comprehensively equipped kitchenette and opens out to an extensive, west-facing terrace, ideal for relaxing during the day and for evening dining. Guest access You’ll have private access to a self-contained studio apartment with its own terrace and shared access to our garden where you might meet our two dogs, Hendrix and Vegas. Other things to note Our two dogs Hendrix and Vegas are both really gentle, friendly and very inquisitive, and they love meeting new people. You'll see them each morning and during the day as they visit our garden.
