Conargo Cottage is situated on 5000 acres of working farmland, a merino sheep & beef cattle property. Located in the Central Tablelands, 25 minutes from Cowra, & an hour from Bathurst & Orange. Conargo is perfect for those looking to experience the serenity and solitude of the country, within close proximity to regional centres. A getaway with stunning views, manicured gardens and a vintage interior; ideal for a weekend escape or accommodation for events! Please remember that Conargo is a working farm, so dogs will bark, and vehicles will be moving around etc. We try our best to cause the least disruption during your stay so please be mindful. A few caretaking reminders: • There is no WiFi available this stay away is an opportunity to disconnect. • Driveway lights can be turned on/off from the powerpoint beside the fridge. • Wood for the fireplace is located outside the door, you’re more than welcome to light the fire (matches/firelighters are under the sink), but remember to shut it down before leaving, by sliding the leaver at the base to the left. If in doubt just ask. • We are conscious of energy use, so if you’re going out for the day, please turn all lights off prior to leaving. • Shoes off indoors, if you have been in the mud or in the paddock please. • Spare towels etc. are available upon request.
