High speed WIFI available. Washer and dryer in hall closet. Guest access Per NYC regulations, guests have free and unobstructed access to every room and exit within the apartment. While we adhere to NYC laws, which mandate that the space be shared, we make sure that our guests feel that their privacy is fully respected at all times and have designed the space accordingly.
