This is a lovely, split-level home on the west side of Port Angeles. It's within a quiet, residential neighborhood. This listing is for the main living floor. It has three bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed, nightstands and table lamps. There's a large bathroom off the main hall and a private bathroom connected to the master bedroom. Both bathrooms were completely remodeled last summer! In the large bathroom, you'll find a new washer and dryer set. These are available for your use. The kitchen, dining area and living room are part of a sunny, spacious, open floor plan. There's a decorative fireplace in the living room. (Not for building a fire, just for looking pretty!) There's also a very large, modular sectional in the living room that easily sleeps 2-3 adults. The front door has an automated lock for self-entry. The two trees in the front yard are cherry trees and usually give a nice bounty of fruit; feel free to pick and enjoy some! Licoln Park is one block away. Highway 101, which you will take to wind around Lake Crescent on your way to the Hoh Rainforest, Rialto Beach or Ruby Beach, is four blocks away. Downtown Port Angeles and the Black Ball Ferry port (for those adventuring to Canada) are within a 10 minute drive. Guest access This is a split level home. You will have access to all living areas on the main floor, including 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and the living/dining/kitchen spaces. The basement floor and garage are a separate unit. The units are separated by a fixed wall panel that was professionally installed. There is no access between the two and no shared living spaces. The bottom unit is occasionally occupied. You will enter the home with a personalized code for the front door, which will be sent before check-in. Entry requires a half flight of stairs. There is also access to a large back patio area. I recommend against using the back stairs, as the stairs are narrow and do not have a security railing on both sides. Street parking is available in front of the house.
