Televisions are streaming not cable. Large fenced in backyard with covered porch. Also a new heated, salt water, open pool has been installed. Its perfect location places you only a short bike ride to the island's exquisite dining and entertainment or hop on the free island trolley and explore the north end of Anna Maria which is always buzzing with community events and things to do. Swizzle On The Sound is a one month minimum rental. Per request, The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for an additional $15.00 a day. The pool temperature cannot be guaranteed during extreme cold weather. Parking is limited to three vehicles. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
