Failure to follow this rule is a violation and will result in cancellation of booking. ✹ When coming out of the swimming pool and entering the main house, we ask that you please enter through the door located on the kitchen side of the house where there is tile flooring. This will prevent the wood floors from getting wet. ✹ Jacuzzi Is CURRENTLY Out of Order until 7/1/26. Usually it is turned on upon request between the hours of 7pm to 11pm in accordance with quiet hours. Any additional hours for the jacuzzi or pool will be an extra charge. PARKING: ✹ Driveway can fit 2 vehicles. ✹ Guests can park additional vehicles on the street. However, please keep in mind that street sweeping is scheduled for Monday. NOTE: There are NO cameras in the interior of the home. Guest access ✹ Property Management will meet you at the property for check in. Front door keys will be available to guests. Combination and instructions on how to enter may be given to guests prior to arrival. Check-in is 3:00 pm. Early check-in at additional cost of $75 per hour Check out is at 11:00 am. Failure to check out at 11:00am is an additional charge of $100 per hour. Please keep in mind that the next group will check in at 3 PM and there’s a limited time for cleaning. Plan. Locksmith fees will apply if key is lost. ✹ Pool man enters side gate on Friday mornings to clean the pool. Do not disrupt his services to avoid additional fees. ✹ Gardner enters side gate on Friday or Saturday in a white van. Do not disrupt his services to avoid additional fees. ✹ All persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. Any additional guest after booking need to be authorized prior to coming onto property, this includes any visitors. Additional guests will be charged accordingly at the rate of $45 per person per day for the duration of the stay. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. ALL ADDITIONAL GUESTS OF ANY KIND (FAMILY AND FRIENDS) AND ANY DURATION MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED/PRE-APPROVED BY THE HOST. Please note that the property has outdoor security cameras, and occupancy is monitored and enforced. ✹ If guests are found to be having a party or gathering without host permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and risk cancellation of their booking fee. A $500 unauthorized guest fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
