The space This is a spacious bedroom in our house with ensuite, private entrance & air con. Public transport to shopping centres, restaurants, Norwest Business Park, CBD, Castle Hill & Parramatta. There is a coffee machine, electrical kettle, toaster, mini fridge, microwaven in the room. We also provide all sorts of teas for our guest to enjoy. There is also a washing machine and free standing drying rack on the patio dedicated for guests. If you like a private and quiet place to stay several days then our place is perfect, since you don't need share anything with anybody else. Guest access The room has Private Access via a side entry separate from the main house's. It is very quiet as it faces away from the street & opens out onto a private patio with garden view. Other things to note - Laundry service available: We provide washing machine, clothesline, iron & ironing board - We will need $20 as key deposit and we will refund while checkout.
