This is a private lakefront home, with access to a private sandy beach, fire pit, deck with lake views, indoor fireplace, and cozy beds and linens as well as gourmet kitchen. Enjoy all Naples Warerfront has to offer with on water dining, boating, lake plane scenic tours, lake cruises on the Songo River Queen, jet ski and patron boat rentals, as well and nearby skiing. 15 minutes from Bridgton with antique shops, cozy restaurants, Bridgton Academy and other quaint destinations. Other things to note Certain weekends/holidays may require min night stays. Disturbances to neighbors, tampering security cameras, smoke detectors, not following house rules can result in loss of deposit. Good Neighbor Policy- EXTREMELY IMPORTANT -NO EVENTS, EXTRA GUESTS, LOUD NOISE, OVER PARKING- NO FIREWORKS. Regulating short term rentals is a concern for the town and It's important to respect the rules of the community as well as the requests of the neighbors. Property exterior is monitored with Surveillance Cameras. Our property does have charging capabilities for electric vehicles. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues. Since we use independent cleaners and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. The fee for a 2-hour early check-in is $50, and the same applies for a 2-hour late check-out, if available, to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedules.. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
