Looking for a cozy little nest in the heart of Guérande? Want to be in the countryside while in town? Then this studio is for you. Ideally located in the heart of Guérande. This is an outbuilding located at the bottom of our garden. Quietly, you can enjoy the birdsong to recharge your batteries. ⚠️ If you are sensitive to noise... from birds and neighbors' chickens/roosters, refrain ☺️ They are morning creatures and we do not control their waking The space Ground floor studio with kitchenette (basic equipment), bathroom with shower, 140 x 200 cm bed, dining table and terrace to enjoy the outdoors (sunbathing, table, chairs and parasol). Ideal for a couple of two people. Possibility of adding a baby bed if needed. Linens and towels are provided. You will be: ➡️ 500 meters from the walls of Guérande ➡️ 2.6 km from the salt marshes (classified heritage) ➡️ 7.4 km from Port du Pouliguen ➡️ 5 km from the beaches (the closest) Guest access Only the outbuilding and terrace will be at your disposal. Other things to note ⚠️ We have a dog who takes full advantage of the house's garden. We'll ask you to be careful when you come in and out so you don't let her escape. She's smart. You can bring your car in to drop off your luggage. However, we ask that you park on our street which has several parking spaces. You shouldn't have any trouble.
