The cottage has been extended at the back to offer a social kitchen and living space which leads though bi-fold doors to the South facing rear gardens and patio. Guests can look forward to high quality fittings and furnishing with panoramic views of the Suffolk countryside. This charming village is only a short drive from the coast. Stelps Cottage in Westleton is hosted and managed by Donna of UK Vacations. The Ground Floor Here you will find a fantastic new extension off the back of the original cottage, which is home to the kitchen and social sun room. This South-facing space benefits from Bi-fold doors on two sides which let the outside in. Through a door into the original cottage is a spacious dining room which leads beyond the entrance hall to the cosy living room. The stairs are painted with non-slip paint and have a secure hand rail on the right hand side. The First Floor Groups of up to six guests will feel comfortably at home in two king bedrooms and a single with another full size single pull out bed. There is one luxurious bathroom on the first floor with roll top bath and huge walk in shower, a WC and basin. Guests in the first king bedroom benefit from a WC with wash basin and there is another WC with wash basin on the ground floor, under the stairs. Outside The garden is surrounded by a mix of fencing and hedging. There is a feature well in the garden which looks very cute and in-keeping with the cottage, but it has been filled in and is safe. There is a floor plan with the photos on the listing which will give you more of an idea as to the layout of the cottage and the room proportions. Guests have access to the whole cottage and the gardens. Stelps Cottage is located on a quiet lane just outside the village of Westleton. It is a 10 minute walk into the village, along the quiet lane. The village has two fantastic pubs which both offer great food. There is a village green with football goal and a duck pond. The village shop has a tea room next door. Minsmere RSPB is just down the road, as is Dunwich and all the other fabulous towns and villages on Suffolks Heritage Coast. You'll need a car for longer journeys. You can cycle along the miles of Suffolk lanes or walk the footpaths with your dogs. Guest access Guests have access to the whole cottage and the gardens.
