Calm BR near La Defense & Paris

Have a relaxing and peaceful stay in a calm, well lit, ventilated and verdant apartment very near to La Defense(10 mins walk), Paris and major attractions -Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Champs-Élysées etc(15 min metro). The beautiful room is perfect for solo travellers as well as a couple. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable living with access to a lovely open terrace. Lots of restaurants, super markets & several transport options within walking distance. Reg. #92026-000798-45 The space This place is inhabited by me and my wife who is travelling for a few days and hence I am putting it out. I am pretty easy going, but expect you to maintain decent level of respect, as you would do to your or your friend's place. Welcome, and enjoy your travel to Paris. 1) The apartment is located in a very peaceful condominium even when on a very busy and happening street. The apartment in total has: a) 2 bedrooms (one for me and the other for you) b) 1 living room c) 1 bathroom with toilet d) 1 individual separate toilet Thus there are 2 toilets e) 1 fully equipped kitchen f) 1 big terrace g) 1 balcony h) Private parking place for one car The location is in Courbevoie, very near to La Defense, which is a suburb of Paris and a very big transport hub with close proximity to almost the whole of Paris. 2) You will be using the 2nd bedroom room, which has a queen size bed (208 x 158 cm or 82 x 62 inch) (in fact, slightly bigger than traditional queen sized bed). The room has a door which opens up in the balcony, a big window and a Japanese style door which opens in the living room. The Japanese style door can be closed but does not have a lock. You can access the balcony. Please see the photographs to get a visual idea of the bed room and the doors. 3a) There is 1 bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet seat. This bathroom will be shared and accessed by us. The toilet seat in this bathroom would be for your personal use and I will not use it. 3b) There is an additional toilet exclusively for my personal and private use. Access to this toilet is not provided to others. Thus we have our own individual private toilets. 4) The Living Room is accessible to all, and has ample sitting and dining space. It also has a door which opens into the terrace. You can access the terrace. In my opinion, the terrace provides a lovely setting especially at the end of the day to sit and wind down, and have some drinks or food. And similarly to start the day with some lovely breakfast in the open. Of course, all this if the weather permits. 5) There is a fully equipped kitchen available for your use, including a washing machine for your convenience. 6) You will have access to a designated private parking spot for one car. 7) The complete apartment is very well lit, ventilated and situated amidst very green surroundings. It provides a very calming and relaxing atmosphere. Since it is inhabited by me and my wife, it is fully functional and has all the comforts which a modern house should have. 8) Smoking is allowed but only in the open spaces - terrace and balcony. And definitely not inside the apartment. Please go through the description and the photographs. And feel free to ask me any questions if you have. I will make sure you have a very peaceful, non-disturbing and comfortable stay. Guest access Guests have access to: a) Their bedroom b) Living room c) The bathroom with sink, shower and toilet d) Kitchen e) Terrace f) Balcony g) Parking place During your stay I will be mostly available - as I work from home or at a place near by. I am very responsive on phone, email and you won't be generally kept waiting (unless there are exceptional circumstances) Even though I like to meet and talk with people, I assure you complete peace and tranquility. Other things to note Approximate time to: a) La Defense: 10-15 mins b) Gare de Courbevoie ( Courbevoie Railway Station): 5 mins c) Nearest tram stop ( Les Fauvelles): 3 minutes Tram from Les Fauvelles to La Deense: 2 stops and 4 minutes d) There are 2 bus stops within 2/3 mins. The buses go to La Defense, towards Paris, Nanterre etc e) Multiple super markets, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes of walking on either side
