Other things to note After booking, you will receive a door lock code via Airbnb message, the morning of your arrival. This will be how you access the home for the entirety of your stay. The code will automatically activate at 4:00 pm the day you check in. The unit is outfitted for 5 guests. However, can accommodate 6 maximum. Please note that children are included in the guest count, but infants are not. The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property and present at the time of arrival. Use the trampoline at your own risk. Children must never be left unattended during use. There is a tenant in the basement with a separate entrance point. Does NOT have access to the main house. The exit into the backyard is shared. On very rare occasions there could be hot water issues, tv cable/streaming outages, heating and cooling outages, internet interruptions. These are out of the hosts control. No refunds or compensation will be offered. If anything is not up to your personal standards or liking such as cleaning, but not limited to, we will do our best to make it right, however, compensation or refunds will not be offered. During holiday seasons (Halloween/Christmas) decorations are usually put up in/out around the home in order for guests to have an "at home" feeling when staying at The Toronto House.
