It's our home, we therefore have our own rules that would like all guest to follow ; 1. The entrance door will be opened at 6 am and closed at 10pm for security. 2. Smoking is allowed only at the terrace of your renting room, not inside the room or public area. 3. No loud noise is allowed after 10 pm. 4. Keep the room clean and hygiene. The bin is provided both in the room and at the public area. 5. No BBQ or cooking with gas and fire in the room. 6. Small pet is allowed with rules of ; - Not allowed to be left unattended in the room. - Not allowed to swim in the pond. - Keep hygiene basic such as cleaning the entryway and bathroom regularly or washing paws after the outside walk. - Keep them on a leash or closed container outside the room - Keep them quite at night time to avoid problem with other guests.
