This home is located in a very quiet community. There are sidewalks and street lights and many residents enjoy taking an evening walk after dinner. Behind the home there are wetlands which are home to many species of birds and wildlife creating serenity and privacy. This home is tastefully decorated in a British West Indies feel. The space Walk though the front door and the first thing you will see is the stunning landscape out back with palm trees swaying in the breeze. You will immediately feel relaxed by the open uncluttered floor plan. Kick off your shoes, grab a drink and have a seat either on the lanai, or on the chaise lounge out back. You will be surrounded with sounds of nature and warm Florida sunlight. As you move about, you will feel at home with a completely stocked kitchen with a sparkling clean refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. The eat in kitchen is a bright and cheerful space that is filled with sunlight. If you would like to eat alfresco just open the sliding glass doors off the living room and dine outdoors on the screened in lanai. You will find privacy curtains that you can draw for complete privacy and a ceiling fan for those balmy nights. If you choose to eat indoors, you will find a comfortable dining room table that seats four. To the right of the kitchen are the guest rooms. The first bedroom has a brand new full size Sleep Number bed that can be adjusted to your desired firmness or softness. This bed also raises and lowers the head and foot so that you are sure to find the most comfortable position to read or sleep. You can enjoy easy access to the lanai from the sliding glass door off of this room. The second bedroom features two twin beds which are perfect for adults or children. The guest bathroom has a vanity, toilet, linen closet and a shower/tub with wand. There is a grab bar for added safety upon entering and exiting the shower. Walking back into the main living space is the large living room which has a Smart TV and Fire Stick. You will have a comfy place to cuddle up and watch your favorite program or movie on a brand new La-Z-Boy couch. There is also a sitting chair and a recliner for added comfort. The 15 foot wall of sliding glass doors open to the lanai so you can enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Towards the front of the house is the office. The office has a beautiful roll top desk, chair and a printer. If you should need to work from home, just close the pocket doors for privacy. On the left side of the home is where you will find the master suite. The bedroom features a king size dual chamber Sleep Number bed. You and your partner can each set your side of the bed to your own comfort level. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the huge walk in closet for added comfort. You can access the lanai from the sliding glass door. The master bathroom features a walk in shower with grab bars and shower wand. There is a double vanity with plenty of lighting and storage. The water closet has grab bars on each side for added safety. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room. There is a washer and dryer for use during your stay. You will also find an ironing board and iron for your use. All rooms have ceiling fans. There is a keyless entry pad on the front door for ease of check in. The house has brand new state of the art air conditioning and heat. There is city water and sewers. The house is completely electric. Home is in a community with lighted streets and sidewalks.
