The house is 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Caroual. A 5-minute drive from the center of Erquy and the port where you will find restaurants as well as all the necessary shops (bakery, fishmonger, cheese shop, supermarket, market...). Walking from the house, you can take beautiful walks along the coast. The house consists of three bedrooms with large beds, two bathrooms, a living room, a fitted kitchen and a south-facing garden.
