Turn on the electric fireplace for some added ambiance or have a seat on your private balcony next to the gas fire table for the full experience. Unit H is our top unit and actually sits at ground-level. You will take one step onto the decking and one step down to enter your front door. This unit is very access-friendly to accommodate guests of all ages and abilities. Perfect for Military Travel Lodging, JBER, Travel Nurse, Alaska Vacation, Student Housing! Guest access You will be provided with a unique door code that is valid for the duration of your stay. Upon booking, we will also share the code to your garage bay and individual laundry room. Other things to note ****Alaska State Fair 2026 August 21 to September 7** Traveling with a large group? Ask us about booking multiple units together, but get in early before they book up! Need a car? We may have one available! Just ask :) During winter months, the walkway to your unit may be covered with snow or ice. Walk carefully over the steps to your front door. Please leave your boots on the shoe rack to your right where they can air out properly. In an effort to secure the premises, we've installed a Ring floodlight at the front of the property. The neighborhood is very safe, but this helps us keep an eye on the property :) Occasionally, you may see Mama Bear and her cubs. While they are adorable, please do not touch or go near them. And while they are so cute and look hungry, don't feed them or leave any food or trash in your car. Again, DO NOT LEAVE FOOD IN YOUR CAR OR THEY COULD BREAK IN. If you give Ms. Berenstain and her kids some time, they will migrate off the land :) Moose are equally dangerous. They may appear docile, but please do not pet them.
