Quiet Parkland Retreat

Relax at this peaceful place to stay, backs onto parkland. Recently renovated - 3 Bedrooms and office/rumpus can double as a 4th bedroom, if needed. 1 King, 1 Queen, both with A/C. Bedroom 3 has 2 singles and 2 trundles (which can be moved to rumpus with prior notice, as 3rd/4th single beds). Rumpus and kitchen with Air-conditioners that can cool all living areas. Fans throughout. Formal and informal dining area, and outdoor BBQ area, allows you to spread out and enjoy the peace and quiet! The space With 3 bedrooms - roomy Master Bedroom with King bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 has 2 singles and 2 trundles (Trundles will be moved to rumpus with prior notice, for guest 7 & 8 - have legs and good height) - great for the teenagers. The Lounge/Dining living area is open plan with double doors into the office/rumpus. The Kitchen, Dining and glass door in Rumpus face the outdoor area. The Kitchen is well setup and easy to cook in - so it's all there ready to go, including some basic ingredients of cooking. The outdoor area has a large TV on the wall. Lounge has a Smart TV with keyboard/mouse and access to internet with house connection to Paramount Plus, Disney, Seven plus, and you can log into your own other personal streaming apps. Driveway to rear house for easy entry with luggage, via back or glass sliding door. Only 3 steps, front and back. No Access to garage. Guest access You have access to the entire property, excluding Garage. Plenty of parking. Other things to note Just over 5 minutes to drive to Stockland & Northside Plaza. If you are coming for work and prefer a house or having to find temporary accommodation during repairs to your place, locally - this is an ideal house, with all the comforts of home. Blissful sitting on the back patio, (maybe with a glass of wine) looking at the parkland and listening to the birds. Enjoy the view of the hills and Mt Archer on one side or in the afternoon look to the west and watch the beautiful sunset from the front. We are retired and traveling, choosing to share our home.
