Hutchinson Island awaits you! Sunrise and sunsets are yours to enjoy. Step out your back patio and enjoy the pool and sandy beach. Condo is fully furnished, has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This association only accepts monthly rentals. No pets. Condo Association requires a copy of a signed contract and a $150 lease application fee 30 days prior to rental start date. Other things to note All guests must fill out an application with The Dune Walk HOA. The fee for the application is $150 for all. You must also send a copy of your drivers license.
