Welcome to our exclusive and cozy “Napoleon Suite Anno 1521”. According to tradition, Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte stayed in a room in what is now the Napoleon Suite during his Russian campaign. A charming maisonette apartment in the castle for up to 5 people. With us you will experience a perfect mix of historic castle atmosphere and all modern amenities for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in a living monument. The space The Napoleon Suite welcomes you cozy and warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer. So that you have a special kind of castle experience, the apartment has been lovingly furnished with selected furniture (e.g. Art Deco seating area, dining table from 1820 made of root maple). You will spend the night luxuriously in a queen-size bed (177x200 cm) in the bedroom and in the living room on a sofa bed (1.60 cm) for 1-2 people. In the castle tower with the old tower stairs from 1521 there is a comfortable leather lounger (90x200). The tower serves as a connecting room to the bathroom and kitchen. The entire apartment has a high standard of furnishings. The apartment has a large bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. A generously equipped kitchen-living room with high-quality porcelain and cookware offers the possibility of self-catering. The apartment is not suitable for fitters, nor is it suitable for dogs. Everything in this apartment is historical, from the floor to the 16th century staircase. Very large double windows provide plenty of light, sound insulation from the neighboring church and a bright atmosphere. From the kitchen you can access the historic, charming internal tower staircase to the bathroom, living room and bedroom on the first floor. These rooms can also be reached via a second, very easy-going staircase via the stairwell. A private garden with seating in front of the apartment can also be used. The balcony on the 2nd floor is shared with other guests. The castle originally dates back to the 16th century and has been completely restored inside. Restoration specialists are still sporadically working on the historic exterior plaster. The castle has all the amenities you would expect from a modern building. Other things to note Restaurants, supermarkets and cafés are only 2-5 km away, in Gutenzell and Ochsenhausen (accessible by car). Bakery in reinstetten - 1km away. About 1 hour drive to the Alps, Switzerland and 50 minutes to Lake Constance. Memmingen Airport can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Hürbel is a quiet village and a perfect stay if you are looking for idyllic landscapes and contact with nature. The castle originally dates back to the 16th century and has been completely restored inside since 2014. Horses and sheep live in a fenced area in the green outdoor area (30,000 m2).
