Enjoy your days off exploring our lovely city with the Museum of Science & Industry, Jackson Park and Promontory Point all within 10 mins of “Avenue on Kenwood.” The space Our fully furnished residences re-define co-living living spaces with curated furniture and premium linens. Common areas to include a large eat-in kitchen, fully stocked with small appliances, cutlery, dish ware, glassware, cooking utensils & equipment. Our kitchens also provide dishwashers, gas stoves and full residential refrigerators. Each living room space easily provides much needed comfort after a long day of work or exploring! Large couches, cozy throw blankets and pillows, oversized living room chairs are all anchored a top of plush area rugs that create this space into a home. Hanging out with your flatmates? A second table with four chairs located in the living room, accommodates gatherings with friends. Two bathrooms are available for unit usage, one with a tub shower combo and one with a shower. Each units Master Bedroom RM-1, has an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms-each of our units are five bedrooms, three bathrooms…in total. The exception is that the Master Bedroom RM-1 has a private bath and RM-4 has a private balcony. Each bedroom rental includes usage of all common areas and unit amenities, bedding comforters, sheet set, additional blankets, two bath/hand/wash cloth towel sets, area rugs, work station, dresser or chest of drawers, large closets. All Building, Unit and Bedroom door entries are accessible by digital locks, codes provided after booking prior to check-in. Stay seamlessly connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry facilities. Bi-weekly professional cleaning of common areas ensures a welcoming atmosphere. Guest access Guests will be able to access all the common living areas, there is a parking garage for a small monthly fee, and a side yard as well. During your stay I will be available by phone, text or email to keep in touch if you need anything. Check in is remote keypad access.
