The space Named after the former town market on which it is built, Market House is a large, modern townhouse - but full of character! The lovingly decorated property has 3 bedrooms over 3 floors and sleeps up to 5 people. The kitchen, lounge and dining areas are ideal social spaces and a great place to eat and relax together. The enclosed garden is a sun-trap and perfect for quiet relaxation and enjoyment. Designed with comfort in mind, Market House comes fully equipped with everything you need to ensure an enjoyable and restful stay, you will love the charm of this stylish townhouse and its location in the heart of Henley-in-Arden! Living and Dining Room: The comfortable lounge area is the perfect balance of comfort and style, with room for you all to dine, watch TV and relax. Enjoy the large dining table in the conservatory overlooking the garden and open the double french doors when the weather allows. A Smart TV is provided, hence you can log in to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime and BBC iPlayer accounts so you can continue to binge watch your favourite programmes if you desire. Kitchen: The spacious farmhouse-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make your stay as easy as possible. There is a range-style oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, iron, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans and utensils and washing machine. Downstairs Toilet: An extra toilet is located here for your convenience, along with a wash basin. Family Bathroom: The first floor boasts a large bathroom which contains a shower over bath, toilet and wash basin. Along with fluffy white towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand/body wash and moisturiser are all provided. Bedroom 2: The second largest bedroom is located on the first floor. Fitted with a super king size bed and soft linens, along with plenty of wardrobe space to hang and store your clothes. Contains a small TV and overlooks the garden and private carpark. Bedroom 3: Also on the first floor, this room contains a single bed alongside both hanging and clothes storage facilities. This room overlooks the front of the house but the double glazed window and comfortable mattress allows for peace and comfort in this relaxing space. Landing: A well stocked bookshelf is available for you to take advantage of during your stay! Enjoy a book in the tub, garden or in any of the many comfortable places to relax in this property! Master Bedroom with Ensuite: Take the stairs up to the master bedroom with ensuite. With 4 windows in the pitched roof, this light-filled and spacious room provides you with a comfortable, relaxing space for you to enjoy during your stay. Fitted with a double size bed and soft linens, along with space to hang and store your clothes, as well as a small TV. The large ensuite contains a shower, wash basin and toilet. Outdoor Area: The french doors in the conservatory open out to a small, enclosed garden. Make the most of this sun-trap on the outdoor sofa and enjoy the delights this peaceful little garden has to offer. Parking: There is free private parking allocated for two cars at the property. Please note there is a height restriction of 2.27m to the entrance of the car park. Additionally, there is a public carpark nearby, a 5-10 minute walk from the property. Explore the Henley Heritage Trail and absorb all the history of this charming town. Hear the bells of the St John the Baptist Church, and take a walk and enjoy the views in Henley’s famous natural parkland, The Mount. Stroll down to the nearby park by the river, with a small woodland to explore and playground area. The main attraction of the region Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home of the internationally-renowned Royal Shakespeare Company is a 10 minute drive away. It is also important to note that there is both a Co-op supermarket and a SPAR on the High Street, which means you can pick up the essentials at almost any time of the day. If you are a foodie and prefer to eat out or grab a takeaway, you won’t be disappointed by the selection of food options in the town. There are an array of atmospheric local pubs, coffee houses and eateries that are within walking distance.
