Living & Dining Area Our living and dining area exudes elegance with its wooden furnishings and flooring, providing a warm ambiance for you to unwind. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views while sipping your favorite cup of tea or coffee. For your entertainment, a television is at your disposal, allowing you to indulge in your preferred programs. The living area is equipped with air conditioning, though many of our guests prefer to let in the invigorating sea breeze by opening the windows. Pantry/Kitchen Area The pantry/kitchen area is thoughtfully designed to cater to your culinary needs. It includes a refrigerator, water heaters for preparing your preferred beverages, cups, plates, and more, ensuring your stay is as convenient as it is comfortable. Bedrooms Span Tower offers three distinct bedrooms to meet your preferences: Master Bedroom: This spacious sanctuary provides stunning sea views from its balconies, a beautiful wooden floor, a lavish King Size Bed, and an attached bathroom. The room is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Center Room: Revel in panoramic sea views from the balconies in this room, furnished with a comfortable Queen Size Bed. While it lacks air conditioning, the refreshing sea breeze often suffices to keep the room cool and pleasant. Corner Room: This cozy retreat features a Queen Size Bed All our bedrooms are equipped with ample wardrobe space and ceiling fans. Note: Only the living area and master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. Other rooms have fans and of course the sea breeze which will keep you cool ! Guest access Rest assured, at Span Tower, your comfort and privacy are paramount. You won't have to share the apartment unit with other guests; you'll enjoy exclusive occupancy and complete seclusion. Other things to note In our pursuit of providing our guests with an exceptional and enjoyable stay, we kindly request your cooperation in maintaining the pristine condition of our apartment. Our exquisite space features beautiful wooden floors that add to its charm, and to preserve their elegance, we humbly ask that you refrain from walking on them with shoes or heels that have sharp edges, as they may inadvertently cause damage. Your consideration in this matter will not only help us maintain the apartment's aesthetic appeal but also contribute to the overall comfort and satisfaction of your stay. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a delightful and memorable experience at Span Tower. Please note, the prices we quote only includes 40 GB per month/10 GB a week for wifi/internet usage. If additional data is required it'll cost 0.3$ per GB. We accounted up to 20 units per day/140 units per week/600 units per month for electricity. This will certainly cover usage of fans, lights, water heaters etc. However additional usage of electricity will cost 0.25$ a unit. There's a meter fixed in the premise which you could observe the usage. Further host will send you weekly updates on the electricity usage.
