The space The gated entrance to the property is located on 250 feet of Lake Hamilton providing ample parking for up to 10 cars including an RV. The ground floor has a master suite (king), with a separate living area, full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The bedroom opens up to a private garden patio with views of the lake. The ground floor living area opens up to the the deck overlooking the lake covered by the deck above offering shade. The 2nd floor is the main entrance with another master bedroom (queen) and a full bathroom. The kitchen, dinning room and living room with a large work desk are surrounded by breathtaking views of the lake with French doors leading to the large wrap around deck from the bedroom and from the living room. The 3rd floor offers a charming bedroom with two twin beds and a private place to relax. There are 2 paddle boards available for guest and several places outside to sit, relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake. Other things to note Pet friendly fee of $200 for the first pet. The 2nd pet fee is an additional $100 that is not included in the booking total.
